How does the Quad, Triple, and Double sharing price work?

The base listed prices (e.g. ₹7,777 or ₹8,888) are calculated per person on Quad (4-person) sharing in large spacious rooms or alpine camps. If you prefer Triple sharing, it is ₹500 extra per person. If you are a couple or 2 friends wanting a private room with a double bed, Double sharing is available for ₹1,000 extra per person.

Are the Triund and Kheerganga treks suitable for beginners?

Yes! Both Triund (9 km) and Kheerganga (12 km) are considered classic beginner-to-moderate Himalayan treks. They have well-marked trails with rest cafes every few kilometers. No prior technical mountaineering experience is required. Normal walking fitness and enthusiasm are plenty. Our certified mountain guides lead the pace gently.

What meals are included and can Jain / Vegetarian food be catered?

All packages include daily breakfast and freshly prepared buffet dinner at the hotels and campsites (e.g., 3 Breakfasts & 3 Dinners for 3N/4D; 2 Breakfasts & 2 Dinners for 2N/3D). Pure vegetarian and Jain food preferences are seamlessly accommodated upon informing us at the time of booking.

Where do we leave our main luggage during overnight treks (Triund / Kheerganga)?

You only carry a small daypack (20-30 liters) containing a warm jacket, water bottle, power bank, and personal change of clothes up to the mountain campsite. Your heavy trolley bags and rucksacks remain safely locked in our base hotel / cloakroom storage free of charge.

Is paragliding in Bir Billing safe for first-time flyers?

Bir Billing is rated the #2 paragliding site in the world. You fly in "Tandem" strapped securely to a veteran pilot licensed by the Himachal Pradesh Tourism Department. You do not need any training. The pilot handles takeoff, navigation, and landing while you enjoy a bird’s-eye view of the Himalayan tea estates.

What is the booking advance and cancellation policy?

You can reserve your seat with a deposit of just ₹2,500 per person. The balance is payable on boarding day before departure. If cancelled 15+ days prior to departure, 80% is refunded or 100% can be shifted to a future trip voucher valid for 1 year.

What essential items should I pack for an offbeat Himachal trip?

We recommend: 1 warm fleece jacket / down jacket, 1-2 pairs of comfortable trek pants / track pants, sturdy shoes with good grip (running or trekking shoes), thermal inner wear (especially for Triund/Kheerganga camps), sunscreen, sunglasses, power bank, reusable water bottle, rain poncho, and personal ID proof.

In Delhi, pickups are available at Majnu Ka Tilla (near Vidhan Sabha Metro Station) and Kashmere Gate ISBT between 6:00 PM and 7:30 PM on Day 0. In Chandigarh, pickups take place at Tribune Chowk or ISBT Sector 43 around 11:30 PM – 12:30 AM. On the return journey, drops are at the exact same spots early morning (approx 6:00 AM – 9:00 AM) so you can smoothly resume office or travel back home.
